We offer service by appointment only, to ensure we have parts on the truck that match your symptom description of the machines issue.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Card, and digital wallets including Apple Pay, for your convenience.

How much is the service call, and does the cost go toward the repair?

Our dispatch and diagnosis starts at $119. (Mileage charges apply to homes outside of our typical 25 mile radius of 63049).

The service charge DOES NOT go toward any repair costs. Company's that use that method, are hiding costs on the backend to make you feel like you got something for free. We guarantee the lowest total cost, while being 100% transparent with our pricing.

Non-Refundable Placeholder Fee Policy

The fee is applied to your dispatch and diagnosis charges as long as you do not cancel services before our first trip. We pre order parts after booking your service, based off of your explanation of the appliances issue. At this point, we are fully committed to repairing your appliance, and you should be too!

In the event of a cancellation initiated by a customer after paying this fee and prior to our visit, this fee will be forfeited for admin fees, shipping charges for your parts, and return shipping costs of your parts. In the event we did not pre order parts before your cancellation notice, this fee will be honored for 365 days and can be used for any appliance and brand we offer services on. No refunds will be issued, and we do not sell parts to the general public.
